The Chalets of Sunset Beach are privately owned or leased units. Potential owners and lessees may choose from the two, three or four bedroom chalets offered. They all have a servant’s room and a driver’s quarters. The views from the Chalets range from overlooking a naturally fed lagoon, the picturesque Aziziyah Bay, to the spectacular view of the Arabian Gulf.

An Uno is a spacious two-story unit that features a living area, a downstairs kitchen and a large bedroom upstairs. Each floor has a patio with a wonderful view of the Aziziyah Bay, perfect for enjoying the sunset along the horizon and the distant lights of Al Khobar.

The largest accommodation type available in Sunset Beach, they are located on a private secluded area of the beach facing the Arabian Gulf. Each Beach Villa has six bedrooms, a three-car garage, a private covered swimming pool, a gazebo, driver and maid’s quarters.

Located directly on the beach, they are the perfect retreat from the sun. You and your family can enjoy a day on the beach and have all the comforts of being home. The Cabanas, intended for day use only, offer a wide variety of amenities such as air-conditioning, comfortable seating, an efficiency kitchen, a dining area, a television and bathroom a facility.
