In In 1972 Sunset Beach was established in an area known today by the same name – SUNSET BEACH. It was the owner’s dream to utilize the natural landscape of the area to provide a place of beauty and tranquility for families seeking relaxation and enjoyment within a safe and secure environment in keeping with the customs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The original beach occupied 250,000 square meters of prime beachfront property on the Aziziyah coastline of Al Khobar. In 1991, Sunset Beach Owners began plans to expand the resort. In 1995, the construction of the new Sunset Beach began. The dream of a world-class resort has become a reality. The original beach is now 460,000 square meters of beautifully landscaped gardens and soothing beaches. Sunset Beach offers world-class accommodations, facilities, services, and activities.

The new Sunset Beach acquired the latest accomplishments in the technology world. Providing fun and excitement to members and their guests while preserving the attributes identified with Sunset Beach over 25 years is one of the main project goals.

The owners continue to challenge the resort’s management to offer exciting and creative activities and services to he members.
